In this valley, we also went by all the construction in progress for the newest hydro plant going into the region. it is a comicated story for Bhutan, but one with a lot of potential for an exportable commodity. India is basically building the damn and hydro plant, but giving complete ownership to Bhutan for them in exchange to export some of the power to India.
The scope of construction was amazing to be seen. such a huge engineering feat in a region where getting anything anywhere is a logistical nightmare, as well a a landscape that is incredibly difficult to transport as well as to build...
