Lunch

We arrived in the capital city of Thimpu, and they took us directly to lunch of traditional Bhutanese food - red rice (bhutan staple) plus lots of veggies and Ema Datsa (small red bowl at top of pic)

Chilis drying on a roof = ingredients for Ema Datsa (Bhutanese national dish of chili and cheese.  Spicy!!).
