Kenai Peninsula - Cooper Landing and Russian River

We then said goodbye to Denali, drove back through Anchorage and down to the Kenai Peninsula.  Where we stayed in Cooper Landing for a night.  Unbeknown to us it had just hit prime salmon fishing season.. So we drove out to the confluence of the Russian and Kenai rivers and watch 200-300 fisherman having at it.  Until the grizzly showed up and stole the show!
